Refer someone you believe would be a great addition to our team. We will take it from there.
Eligible referrals may earn:
- Up to $400 for eligible part-time new hires
- Up to $1,000 for eligible full-time new hires
- Up to $2,000 through our Golden Apple Referral Incentive for select high-need positions
You do not have to currently work for Specialized to make a referral. Our referral community extends beyond our current team to former employees, professional colleagues, community members, and others who know talented people we should meet.
