The Specialized Way
Our Hiring Process

STEP 1: Introduce Yourself

Interested in working with us? The first step is to complete the online form at the bottom of this page. You will be automatically added to our applicant tracking system. Make sure and be thorough with the information asked about yourself, your credentials, and what you want out of your career.

STEP 2: The Recruiters

One of our recruiters will call you once you’re in the system for a brief chat about your work experience. If we have an open position that sounds like a fit we’ll get you moving towards it. If not, we’ll ask you to apply and get you on our list to be contracted when new opportunities arise.

STEP 3: Formal Application & Resume

If you’re interested in the open position, we’ll let you know to send us your official application form and your resume. You’re almost there!

STEP 4: In-Person/Virtual Interview

You’ll learn more about your company and leadership, talk through current openings, and get all your questions answered as well.

STEP 5: Keeping in Touch

We’ve got a ton of ways to stay in touch with you and to keep you in the loop on company opportunities. The online system, our newsletters, company emails, and direct communications are all avenues to explore to get the most of your time with us.

STEP 6: Part of the Team

We want to keep building our relationship with you as we move forward together. Our management team exists to support you as you get accustomed to your new role and give you the information you need to do the best job possible and enjoy the benefits that a position with Specialized affords you.
