WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT

One thing we hear time and again is the need for support on the job. We have a full-time support and compliance manager who is a highly experienced speech-language pathologist. She consults and offers support and training to our staff. We also support speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and counselors as they move from clinical settings to working in schools. Our company prides itself on offering the best support around.

Another mentorship program we have supports first year licensed specialists in school psychology so they can have access to additional support and consultation during their first professional year in the field. Having this mentorship has been really well received by our team.

Our account managers work with providers to ensure they have the right amount and type of work desired. Whether our providers are new parents, retirees or needing to change the amount of time they are working right now, our account managers work to assure our clients are covered and that our providers have the flexibility needed for this season in their lives.
