Physical Therapist (PT) job in Black Hawk, CO for a part time position. The PT will provide physical therapy services to qualifying students, complete evaluations as needed, attend ARD meetings and consult with school staff.
This job is in person at two schools, one in Black Hawk, CO (80422) and one in Evergreen-Idaho Springs, CO (80452). There are 4 students on the caseload and the position is 10 hours per month.
Physical Therapist rates start at $45.00/hr
Qualifications for Physical Therapy positions
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy License
- Graduate from an accredited school with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of 2 years experience providing physical therapy services to school-aged children
