Adapted Physical Education Teacher (APE Teacher) job for a part time position at multiple schools in the Greater Houston, TX area to complete as needed assessments with a possible caseload of students.
APE Teacher rates start at $43.20/hr
Qualifications for APE Teacher positions
- Current TEA Teacher certification
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 2 years experience providing physical education and/or special education services to school-aged children
- Certification in Physical Education or Special Education with evidence of knowledge in adaptive physical education through documentation of in-service records, seminar attendance records, or transcripts of college courses.
- CAPE Certification preferred
