Speech Language Pathologist / SLP needed for a school based, full time role completing speech evaluations, providing speech therapy to qualifying students, supervision, attending ARD meetings, SHARS & PLAAFP documentation, and providing consultation to school staff.
This job is in person in Palacios, TX (77465) for the 2024-25 school year. There are about 55 students on the caseload at various grade levels. The position begins August 7, 2024.
Speech Language Pathologist rates start at $57.60/hr
Qualifications for SLP positions
- Current license to practice in Texas as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC–SLP)
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from a recognized, accredited college or university
- A minimum of 2 years experience providing speech services to school-aged children
- Ability to practice without supervision
